Dear Dr. Wines,
I have been a patient for Twenty-one years. At Thursday supper I snapped off a front crowned tooth at the gum line. I left a message for you at home and you left one back to see you at 7:00 a.m. the next morning, his day off. I knew he would probably have to pull the root, which would look terrible. I was surprised and relieved when he placed a post in the root, which already had a root canal. He cemented the crown back on and adjusted the bite. In two hours I was back in business like nothing had happened. From horrible desperation to ecstatic by a thoughtful act of a friend.
-Thank you, Max
