Our mission is to provide the highest quality dental care and to make this care affordable for our clients. The payment options described below are simple, cost-effective and hassle-free:

WE ARE PLEASED TO OFFER YOU THE FOLLOWING PAYMENT METHODS:

- Payment in full at visit with cash, check, or credit card. For no charge, our Design Center will prepare insurance paperwork and mail for you.

- Split Payment for multiple appointment series. Payments for procedures that require more than one appointment may be divided into an initial payment of 50% with the remainder due at the beginning of the final appointment. For no charge, our Design staff will prepare insurance paperwork and mail for you.

- No or low interest payment plans with no down payment necessary in most cases. For no charge, our Design staff will prepare insurance paperwork and mail for you.

- Credit Options. You may also try CareCredit. Apply online at www.carecredit.com. To apply by phone, come by our office to obtain an application form. Complete the application in our office, or complete and send it back to our office.

- Credit Options. You can learn more about – or apply for – a Dental Fee Plan online at www.dentalfeeplan.com. An application form is required. If you prefer, you may apply by phone at 888-337-4171.
